We are a complete folding carton manufacturer. This means that from the drawing board to prepress to finished carton we employ quality precision, consistency and total product satisfaction.

Your paperboard carton sells your product. Using custom inks, hard surface coatings, and die cut options, your package will be both vibrant and highly durable.

Through our personal customer service, experienced managers, and our highly skilled craftsmen, Sonderen's integrated team of qualified employees are experts at identifying solutions for your printing projects while using the latest in state of the art technologies.

To the benefit of our customers, a major goal at Sonderen is to incorporate every available technology in order to reduce cost and improve production turnaround time.

Quality Control Measures/Procedures

Since 1963 Sonderen Packaging has been building a reputation for having the highest quality, consistency and dependability in the folding carton industry. These high standards are maintained through a constant series of checklists, internal audits, training and the driving desire to be the best.

Printing Standards
After the initial press run of a new item, customer approved cartons are kept and placed in the Sonderen Standards Folder. This folder is presented to the press operators prior to future runs and is used to maintain consistent color and carton appearance for all future runs.

Customer Requests
Other tests and inspections also take place according to the customer's needs. They may include gloss reading, opening force measurements, rub testing, spectrophotometer measurements, and slide angles just to name a few.

Maintenance and Cleanliness
In addition, a four-person maintenance crew is diligently working to keep the 85,000 square foot plant clean. A detailed, proactive maintenance program is used to keep all machinery running at its best.
