This person must be a good problem solver and able to work alone, in addition to self-motivated and most importantly able to safely drive a forklift. There is also some heavy lifting involved as well as learning and understanding the baling machinery. Some advice for someone learning the job for the first time is to learn the machine thoroughly and understand the mechanics and that a person must be able to lift a minimum of 100lbs.
