The Sheeter Operator is an integral part of ensuring that the jobs will be successful at the onset of the manufacturing process. Because there is only one operator per paper sheeting machine, The Sheeter Operator must be self-motivated to meet production goals and determined to output a quality product. This position is a part of the printing department, and oftentimes the Sheeter Operator is cross-trained to feed printing presses. The Sheeter Operator will receive top-notch on-the-job training. A mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to pay attention to details are the main characteristics we look for in a Sheeter Operator.
