Accountability and Initiative.Teamwork. These words have represented who we are and helped shape the company we have become. But as Sonderen continues to grow and evolve, we decided it was time to ask an important question:
Do our core values truly capture what it feels like to be part of Sonderen today, and who we want to be tomorrow?
For the past nine months, we have worked to answer that question. Through employee focus groups, manager input, and many meetings with Human Resources and Ownership, we listened, discussed, debated, revised, and revised some more. The goal was never to simply come up with new words for the wall. We wanted to capture the “Spirit of Sonderen“. We wanted our values to reflect what it feels like to work here, what our customers and partners experience when they work with us, and what we want to continue building for the next generation.
